Zone 21 + 30 + 3 problems on emulator (also goes for crash in general)

no matter what i do i cant hit the bus on 21 in the correct spot/correctly... so good score concerning that fact... can you help? i cant hit it well from sideways nor front-corner (without drifting, contrary to the other which is wih, if you know what i mean

Burnout 2: Point of Impact: I can't hit the bus in the best way on crash mode zone 21 no matter what I do. I believe it's because I can't turn very well on emulator. You only can't turn very well when your using boost. But if you disable boost you'll hit the bus with less force, giving a lower score because the bus wont "meet"/crash with the other traffic because of too little crash-force, if you know what I mean:

And on zone 30 I never get the buses at the invisible wall to the right if you look at the direction of the traffic, like this strat:

and I never or almost never get the truck at the invincible wall either. Again because I have to disable boost to crash correctly into the right wall, case in point, the truck will be further away, because I drive slower. Can't do the strat without disabling boost. And on Zone 3

I can only get the first truck at the right (the driving one) to crash like in this video by using RST Manual Transmission instead of RST Automatic Transmission (MT is faster because you can shift up into 6th gear much faster than AT) RST is:

yeah, I play on dolphin as well for recording purposes. My experience with zone 21 is you have to slide up on the middle grab section of the bus in order to launch it sideways. Now for zone 30, idk but for me, it's hard to get that truck to get over to the invisible wall. If It touches any car part or vehicle, it will stop short of the wall. On top of that, you have to crash in the right spot to even get his ass over there. Then you have to make sure your car doesn't get in the way of the other merging traffic.

Why can't you record on normal console? You don't have equipment?

For me on 30 it helps to use RST, then the truck will go over into the invisible wall more often. But still the debris from the car make it stop early just as often, maybe more.

At first I couldn't, but  now I can record and stream from the console, but I like better quality videos to share.

Thanks, I'm going to try that. I always thought it didn't matter what time  you got over there so I never used RST.

 It also gets u more often 4 buses at wall compared to without runaway but it still happens rarely

I think I know what's causing your problem of not being able to turn properly while boosting. The button you are using for boost is probably the same button that is assigned to "Modifier" for the main stick in the Dolphin GCPad Configuration window, see here if you don't know what I am talking about: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Configuring_Controllers
It is possible to have one key or button assigned to multiple controls in dolphin.
The modifier was meant to allow people who use play with a keyboard instead of a joystick to be able to press the emulated analog stick halfway; they press the key alone to make as tight a turn as possible, or if they want to make only a light turn, they press both the key and the modifier.

What is currently assigned to your "modifier" control? Is it the same one as what is assigned to the button or key that you use for boost?

Nothing. But something was assigned to it before I removed it recently.

Are you using a GC controller, gamepad, KB? I'm using an official GC controller with the mayflash adapter and in order for me to drift with runaway on, I have to hold exactly left or right to start drifting.

I use ps3 controller, same for sparker I think
